Most kitchen installations take between 3–7 days, depending on the size and complexity of the project. We'll give you a more accurate timeline during your consultation. We can either supply only or arrange all tradesmen on your behalf.
Do I need to empty my kitchen before installation?
Yes, please remove all food, crockery, and personal items before our team arrives. We'll handle the removal of your old units if this is part of your package.
Can I customise the layout of my kitchen?
Absolutely! We offer fully bespoke kitchen designs tailored to your space and lifestyle. Our designers will work with you to create your ideal layout.
What materials are your kitchen units made from?
Our kitchen units are available in a range of high-quality materials including solid wood, MDF with various finishes, and moisture-resistant board for areas near sinks and appliances.
Do your kitchens come with a warranty?
Yes, all our kitchens come with a manufacturer's warranty. Please refer to your product documentation or contact us for specific warranty terms.
Do you supply appliances as well?
We offer a range of integrated and freestanding appliances to complement your new kitchen. Ask our team about our kitchen and appliance packages.

Are your wardrobes made to measure?
Yes, all our wardrobes can be made to measure to make the most of your available space, including alcoves, sloped ceilings, and awkward corners.
What wardrobe door styles do you offer?
We offer a wide range of door styles including sliding, hinged, and folding doors, available in various finishes such as gloss, matt, wood effect, and mirrored.
How long does wardrobe installation take?
A standard fitted wardrobe installation typically takes 1–2 days. Larger, more complex projects may take longer — we'll confirm the timeline when we survey your space.
Can I add internal accessories to my wardrobe?
Yes! We offer a full range of internal fittings including hanging rails, shelves, drawers, shoe racks, and pull-out storage solutions to keep everything organised.
Do you offer a design consultation?
Yes, we offer a free design consultation where one of our experts will visit your home, take measurements, and discuss your storage needs and style preferences.
What happens if something is damaged during delivery or installation?
We take great care during delivery and installation, but if any damage occurs, please contact us within 48 hours and we'll arrange a prompt resolution.
