Express Delivery
You can now receive your order sooner, for less. To support your business, we have now reduced our express delivery prices. Our Express Delivery options allow you to receive your order next day, by 10am. Simply place your order before 5.30pm and select a shipping option on the delivery page
Two Person Delivery
We offer a fully tracked, two-person delivery service for our stocked appliance range, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience. Order by 3.30 PM for delivery within 48 hours. You can choose between delivery to your property's threshold or a room of your choice to best suit your needs.
A two-hour delivery window will be provided the evening before your scheduled delivery via text to your chosen mobile number. On the morning of delivery, you'll receive a text and email with a live tracking link. Additionally, the delivery crew will call you 30–60 minutes before they arrive.

Frequently asked questions
Can I have my order delivered to a different address?
Provided it is in the UK and has a full postcode we are able to deliver the item to where you need it most. Please enter the alternative delivery address in stage 2 of the checkout process.
What time will my delivery arrive?
Standard deliveries are made Monday-Friday between the hours of 8.00am-6.00pm. For Saturday delivery you need to request the “Next Day Saturday by 12” service. We do not deliver on Bank Holidays.
What if no-one is available to sign for my delivery?
All goods must be signed for. We ask you to check all goods prior to signing for delivery and mark the delivery note appropriately if goods are received damaged. “Unchecked” is not acceptable if a claim is necessary.
What if I order on a weekend or bank holiday?
All orders placed on a weekend, or bank holiday, will be processed on the next working day, for delivery the following working day. For example, an order placed on Saturday will be processed on a Monday (non-bank holiday) for delivery on Tuesday.
